To cancel an item, please email your request. If the cancel request is received within less than 12 hours of placing the original order a $5.00 cancelation fee will be incurred. If order is cancelled after 12 hours a 15% restocking fee will be incurred. Your refund will be issued within 2-3 business days after we process your cancelation request.

To return an item, you need prior approval and may be charged a 15% restocking fee. You must organize and pay for return shipping. You can get a refund for unopened items in their original packaging within 15 days. Opened, damaged, or unsellable items may not be eligible for a refund.
